Governance Structure
SOAN operates under a two-tier governance structure comprising:
Board of Trustees (BOT)
The BOT provides strategic oversight, ensuring that SOAN remains aligned with its mission and long-term objectives. The board consists of distinguished industry leaders and senior stakeholders.
Executive Council
The EXCO is responsible for the day-to-day operations and decisionmaking of the Association. It is led by the President, supported by the Vice President, and Four Committee Chairmen elected by the General Assembly.
Secretariat
Headquartered in Lagos, @4 Kanike Close, Off Awolowo Road, Ikoyi, Lagos Nigeria manages the administrative functions of SOAN.
